Teen Time

Teens have their own time for meetings and activities. Middle school and high school students are given an opportunity to freely share, ask questions, and seek God’s direction for their lives.

Bible based lessons help teens navigate today’s world. In so doing, trust among teens and teen leaders grows.

Teens also have time for recreation in the Foundations gymnasium following the lessons.

Kids Lessons

Parents who attend the Thursday meetings may bring their young children.

While parents participate in Bible studies, their children get to join the kids’ lessons.

These lessons and activities are especially designed to help young children learn and grow in their faith.

Children also enjoy supervised time in the gymnasium and in a play room equipped with toys, books and puzzles.

Worship

Each Thursday evening includes a time for music worship and a time of prayer.

In worship, God touches our hearts in special and powerful ways and we express our adoration to him.

In prayer, we touch God’s heart and we bind each other together spiritually. Prayers and praises are voluntarily shared each Thursday evening and continue throughout the ensuing days.

Bible Study

Bible studies are an essential part of learning to know God and of growing in our likeness to Jesus.

Separate Bible studies for men, for women, and for Spanish speakers occur each Thursday evening.

Bible studies are a great way to listen, learn, contribute, and ask questions about God.

Friendship

Through sharing a meal and sweet fellowship, Foundations helps build close relationships.

Many other local organizations do an excellent job of providing clothing, furnishings, rent assistance, and other material needs.

Foundations does not provide such material goods – only relationships. Friendships are shaped as joys, sorrows, and prayers are shared.
